This is about to get personal, because this topic really is life or death.
I have almost died multiple times, from carelessness, risky outdoor activities and assault aftermath.
Look, you have to put your health first. You have to put your safety first. If you don’t, the risks in your life go way up. From reckless driving behavior, to trusting someone even though everything in your body is screaming “run”, to eating food you have a feeling is filled with ingredients that will make you sick, to not sleeping for 3 months straight, to any situation that you find yourself in because…
Not listening to your intuition: Your gut and brain are connected by the Vegas nerve formed together in the womb. That good of bad feeling you have could be formed by built on situations and your intuition could be warped, true. The more you speak the truth and think the truth, the clearer your intuition will become. Often it’s right, and you need to listen to it, get to a safe space, then question what happened.
Eating foods not out of nutrition but for comfort (aka self sabotage). To clarify eating potato soup or an avocado is nurturing and nutritious, where as cookies or milkshakes makes you mentally feel better temporarily but it ultimately destroys your body, later on putting your mind in depressed or aggressive state.
NOT SLEEPING! SLEEP! Please, please adults, get 6-8 hours of sleep with a nap in the middle of the day if you need it. Or try restorative yoga instead of a nap (1 hour =3-4 hours of sleep).
False Beliefs: Toxic beliefs are ingrained thoughts that dictate your life consciously and subconsciously. These ideas deny your infinity, your power, your love. Example of these destructive thoughts are:
I am never going to be loved. <-If you don’t love yourself, this will be true.
I am not good enough. <- Why? Your alive aren’t you? Clearly you are doing some things right.
I can’t be productive, I can’t make money. <- If you live in a can’t attitude, then you are blocking all the can, ideas, can opportunities
My mental illness is preventing me from living my life. <- If you have a diagnosed illness, seek health. Eastern and western medicine, don’t stop, do yoga, eat good foods and water, ask for support. Most of all, your not alone, a lot of people are suffering. You can make it.
I have no hope, my life is over. <- You were alive yestertday, and the sun will rise and you will live tomorrow. Right now, find at least 5 things your greatful, breath, look at cute pictures of animals, call a friend, and if you are suicidal call any of the suicide hotlines. Please don’t kill yourself, I know sometimes we want to, life is overwhelming, most countries are sick. Most countries overwork people and pollute our air and water. It’s not ever 100% your fault.

It doesn’t matter if you are an atheists, agnosit, philospher, or a believer in a organized religion. The idea: I am healthy. I am getting better. I am better everyday. I will be fully recovered. Each day I am making progress. <- These ideas are what create “miracles”
