So much of us feel a lack of control when it comes to food. We either under or over eat, or don’t even notice we are eating at all. Some people even obsessively think about their meals. I used to have orthorexia ( an obsession with food purity ) . I also used to have chronic fatigue that lasted 4 years. So one day I decide I had enough! I want to love and enjoy food and accept my body. Mindful eating was the way to go for me.
