We have food, water, sleep, and air that keeps our bodies and brains functioning. The quality of these will dictate our mood and over a period of time influence our personalities. Topped with and health or mental disorders, these factors will sway us even more.
Then we have ideas and brainwashing of the media, religion, schools, parents etc.
So…who are you?
The only thing in my life that has been consistent, that can answer this question, is love. Love brings me back to this monument. This monument is outside the constraints and illusions of the mind. The more we are in the now, the truer we become to “who we are?”
So when you find your inhibitions are dulled, your food full of toxins, your sleep nonexistent, breath. At least you have that to bring you back.

Namaste
