We will explore in depth what's holding you back from actualizing your dreams. Working on self esteem and self worth issues. You can expect activities, journaling, one on one discussions, accountability and accompany practices from yoga.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advanced. If it's for a class send me a message no later than 24 hours and I can issues a refund or give you a coupon for the same type a class to be used at a later date ( No coupons issues for Sapphire since that membership is unlimited)
