Service Description

Creating a safe space to explore your body, breath and mind. This isn't your typical dance or yoga class. Through suggestions you are given the freedom to explore your space and self. This class is a time for you to explore what you need. I guide you with plenty of suggestions and space.

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advanced. If it's for a class send me a message no later than 24 hours and I can issues a refund or give you a coupon for the same type a class to be used at a later date ( No coupons issues for Sapphire since that membership is unlimited)
