Service Description
During the assessment We will discuss your goals and challenges I will check your posture, gate ( walk ), fitness level ( mind and body ) The session will be recorded so you can look back on my notes and see your progress Lastly I will be making a custom video and plan for you to follow. Which we will discuss a week later and do a practice session together from their I will make you the custom video and tweak your plan. That second session is included in the price.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advanced. If it's for a class send me a message no later than 24 hours and I can issues a refund or give you a coupon for the same type a class to be used at a later date ( No coupons issues for Sapphire since that membership is unlimited)
