Service Description

This class is a lot of fun. Focused on free form expression and play. We will do techniques from yoga, dance, and martial arts. During the class there will be space to move and express in your own way. A great way to sweat, have fun and learn a little dance each time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advanced. If it's for a class send me a message no later than 24 hours and I can issues a refund or give you a coupon for the same type a class to be used at a later date ( No coupons issues for Sapphire since that membership is unlimited)
