Chakra Sound Healing

A yin class with sound healing, using our own voices

Service Description

We will do 1-2 poses per chakra. During the poses we chant the vibration of that chakra. We will also do spinal movements and use sound to move spinal fluid. This type of sound healing practice is very powerful. I have combined two things I have seen no one else do.
