Assesment
In our first session we will discuss your concerns and goals. I will watch your gate ( walk), posture and current abilitys.
practice
We will then do an hour practice together. The entire session will be recorded for you to look back on and practice.
Self Practice and
custom videos
Deciding to work with me, we can discuss how many sessions to start out with. This will include a custom made workout video just for you.
Follow up
After so many sessions we will discuss how you are doing and if further sessions makes sense for you.
